Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns should be simple, but networking parts need careful handling because optics, fiber, PoE parts, and used gear can be fragile or compatibility-specific.
Shipping expectations
- Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
- Small in-stock accessories should normally ship faster than heavier used hardware.
- Used switches, routers, firewalls, and heavier gear may need extra handling time for final check and secure packing.
- Bulk quote and special-order shipments are confirmed before payment.
Return expectations
- New accessories may be returned if unused and resellable.
- Used gear returns depend on listing condition, test status, and stated DOA or return window.
- For-parts or untested items are final sale unless the listing states otherwise.
- Contact OPTIACC before sending any return so the order can be matched correctly.
Before opening a return
For optics and DAC/AOC cables, check host compatibility, speed, port support, firmware restrictions, fiber type, and reach. For PoE, check the power standard and total power budget. A compatibility mismatch is different from a dead-on-arrival part.
