Send part numbers or a short description, quantities, preferred condition and your delivery requirements. Request new, refurbished or tested used equipment, even if it is not listed in our shop.

- 2. Review your quoteWe check sourcing, availability, condition, delivery and pricing. Your quote arrives by email and in My Quotes.
- 3. Accept and orderAccept the quote, then pay through Shopify after our final review. Approved business customers may be offered NET 7, 15 or 30 terms.
Availability and lead time are confirmed in your quote. Sending a request does not place an order or reserve stock. For items already in stock, you can shop online.

We can review requests for optics, DACs, fiber and network cables, rack and replacement accessories, and selected switches. Each request is subject to sourcing and compatibility checks; not every item can be supplied.
