How do I know which SFP or DAC I need?
Match speed, form factor, connector, reach, fiber type, and host compatibility. For optics, send the switch model, port speed, fiber type, distance, and any existing part number. Start with Transceivers or DAC / AOC Cables.
Do you sell used networking gear?
Yes. OPTIACC focuses on tested used gear where condition, included items, and test notes can be described clearly. Used switches, routers, firewalls, access points, optics, and open-box accessories will be added as inventory is verified. Browse Used Gear & Deals.
What condition grades do you use?
Our working grades are New, Open Box, Used A, Used B, and For Parts / Untested. Listings should state the grade, visible wear, included accessories, and what was checked before sale. See Testing & Warranty for the current approach.
Can I request a bulk or IT quote?
Yes. Send part numbers, quantities, acceptable substitutes, target budget, deadline, and whether new, open-box, or tested used gear is acceptable. Use the Bulk / IT Quotes page for project lists.
Do you help with compatibility before purchase?
Yes, especially for optics, DACs, PoE power, fiber, and replacement hardware. Send the platform brand, exact model, port type, and what you are connecting. We cannot guarantee every platform combination, but clear information reduces wrong-part orders.
What should I send before ordering optics?
Send speed, form factor, fiber type, connector, reach, wavelength if known, host platform, and current module part number if you have one. For bidirectional optics, include both sides of the link so the transmit and receive wavelengths match.
What is your DOA or return approach?
Accessory and used-gear listings will show the applicable return or DOA window. Used/refurbished hardware depends on the item, test status, and condition grade. Buyer-caused compatibility mistakes are handled differently from verified dead-on-arrival items.
Should I buy fiber cleaning tools with cables or optics?
